Stonefire Arms usually ships via USPS or UPS. A shipping provider is selected based on size, contents & value of the product being shipped at Stonefire Arms discretion. If a certain carrier is preferred, please leave a note on the order and we will accommodate your request. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Depending on the value of the product being shipped, a signature may be required to receive the product. A tracking number will be provided by email on all orders. Please note that USPS tracking is very limited and may not show the progress of the shipment until delivered. Even if nothing is updated in the system, the package is usually on its way to you.

Expedited shipping option is available in the shipping selection before checking out.

Stonefire
Arms ships to all 50 states in the US including Alaska & HI. We also ship to Guam and Puerto Rico.

Please note: Insurance is an option that must be added at checkout.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges are calculated based on actual shipping rates provided by the USPS® and UPS. Rates are calculated in realtime based on the combined package weight of your order and the origination and destination zip codes.

SHIPPING TIMES
Orders are usually shipped within 24HRS of when they are placed unless they are placed on a Saturday or Sunday then they will be shipped the following business day.

PACKAGE TRACKING
Order tracking is provided free of charge with every order placed. You will receive an additional email after checkout containing your delivery confirmation tracking information along with a link to the tracking page for the USPS service.

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGE
Stonefire Arms provides a tracking number upon order processing. If you do not receive a tracking number by email, please email or call us. If the lost package is a result from a mistake on Stonefire Arms, we will replace the lost parts or provide a full refund. If the lost package is the result of the couriers mistake, shipping charges will be refunded by Stonefire Arms. However,the contents of the packages will not be reimbursed unless shipping insurance was requested. If insurance was purchased, the claim must be filed directly with the courier. Stonefire Arms will assist with arrangements for replacement parts and with the claims process as needed.

SHIPPING TO APO
Due to ITAR Regulations, Stonefire Arms, LLC will not ship to APOs outside the USA
While we proudly support the Members of the US Military deployed around the world and believe that it is a great privilege to service their needs, we must fully comply with all United States export control laws and regulations. Under these laws and regulations a shipment for personal use to an APO/FPO that is physically located outside of the United States must be considered an Export, regardless of your military service status, rank, etc.
